We work with owner-led businesses turning over R25m–R250m a year, and take on a small number at a time. The engineers who run the audit are the engineers who build the system, so there is a real limit on how many we can run at once.

A 5-person team performing like a 20-person one.
Five hours of the founder's day were going into content, performance sat across four disagreeing dashboards, and the team used AI individually with nothing shared. We built the shared data layer and the content systems on top of it — and the output changed inside a month.

Fifty tools, one missing layer
A fifty-tool business with no shared data layer. Within a fortnight of kickoff, their Meta and Google Ads data was landing in their own cloud every six hours — with custom extraction built where no off-the-shelf connector existed, in open formats they own. We also talked them out of a $1,500-a-month tool they didn't need.

The front door it should have had
Every job started as a WhatsApp message, with a person at each handoff. We replaced a placeholder website with a structured, POPIA-aware application wizard — collecting the right documents for the right licence, live on the client's own domain, every lead landing in their CRM. Priced as a share of turnover, so we earn more only when they do.

Twenty systems, none connected
An audit of a twenty-plus-system business: five ways to take a booking, four records of a single firearm, and roughly eight months of storage billing written off per affected client. We designed a two-brand architecture with one customer record underneath — now in build.
